We offer FREE shipping in West Malaysia above RM100. All packages are shipped via our store located in Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within: 24 to 48 hours. 

Shipping Times:
Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days 

Can I change my order/ address?We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details, including sizes and shipping addresses, before completing your purchase. However, we understand that mistakes happen.

Since we process orders on the same day they are placed, any requested changes must be made as soon as possible. If you need to modify your order, please reach out to us at botakgene@thebaddass.com immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
